Bienvenue à Mardi Gras, Mesdames et Messieurs!
Welcome to the Fourteenth Annual Mardi Gras Bal Masqué!

Thank you for joining us as we continue to rejoice in our French
heritage and our centuries-old Mardi Gras traditions. We are
grateful to all of you, both repeat guests and first-timers, who
tonight are helping us to further our charitable mission here in
the Atlanta area. Tonight we celebrate flowers – the beautiful
and fragrant blossoms that help to make Louisiana our very
own tropical paradise.

We traverse the state, visiting six of the renowned gardens that
grace Louisiana and enchant visitors and residents alike. From
the spectacular Rose Center of America, to the famous Louisiana
iris bog, we journey through our sportsman's paradise ablaze
with yellow daylilies to our very own Jungle Gardens at Avery Island.

Our travels take us then to the formal
pleasure gardens at Rosedown
Plantation and leave us among the
diverse gardens and draping
wisteria at Longue Vue.

Please enjoy our fragrant and
whimsical journey to...
EDEN ON THE BAYOU!
